Stretch and Strength

This class combines the use of hand weights, resistance bands and loops to strengthen and Pilates and yoga inspired  movements to strengthen and stretch for a full body work out.  A low impact work out for all ages, young adults to seniors.

 


Yoga

using Yoga inspired poses to strengthen, tone, and gain flexibility this class will leave you relaxed and feeling good.

 


Barre Buster

A low impact , high energy class that incorporates the ballet barre and simple ballet positions to strengthen and tone muscles.  Ballet positions are held in place for a series of isolated intervals. Also incorporated into a class is yoga and Pilates inspired moves to stretch, tone and recover.
